No, Owl Learners ceased Creative Kids operations with ServiceNSW from the 1st of March 2022 due to the change in program guidelines. 

Yes, upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email from our delivery provider. The email will contain a tracking number and link to track your order. Please check your spam/junk folder for the email.

Please email us at admin@owllearners.com.au as soon as possible.  If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact our delivery provider to see if they can redirect your package, however we will help you throughout the process if needed.
